在下游的用氢领域,龙蟠氢能源研制的燃料电池催化剂产品目前已实现持续、
稳定的出货销售,并第一次实现了合金催化剂产品的对外销售,
成为国产燃料电池催化剂企业中为数极少的产品实现装车应用的品牌之一。

天蓝1号-电解槽 Deionizer

技术特点 Performance Characteristics

· 高安全性:从工艺设计、仪表选型、系统控制多维度,对设备的危险源进行识别,并进行多次改良优化,邀请权威第三方检测机构进行监督认证,获得Hazop分析认证和ATEX认证
· 高电密—新型电极、隔膜材料筛选:在自主搭建的50kW级的测试平台上对影响电解槽性能的关键材料,镍网、隔膜进行了多维度(静态、动态、正常、压力)的筛选测试,并成功放大应用到天蓝1号1000标方设备中,使电流密度提升至4000A/m2。
· 低能耗—在4000A的高电流密度下,每生产1标方氢气仅需4.3度电
· 宽负载调节范围、长使用寿命、快速冷启动:电解槽使用寿命15年 ,最大产氢量 1200 Nm3/h,冷启动时间 60 min
